At Boshi Botanicals, we prioritize your health and safety. This is why we thoroughly research the ingredients in the products we carry and only source from companies we trust. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has left our store.
Bulk Items: By offering products in bulk, our customers have the opportunity to try a small amount to see if it works for them. Bulk items are not returnable, refundable, nor exchangeable.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within seven days so we can resolve the issue.
Yes! We encourage you to bring your own containers to refill from our bulk products. Any container you are happy with is fine with us. We even give you points for refilling in your own containers and the points add up to save you money.
At this time, we do not offer our bulk products online.
When you join our rewards program, you earn points for your purchases (2% for every dollar spent), points for bringing your own containers and bags, and points for donating clean, dry, glass jars with lids or clean, reusable bags to our community jar and bag banks.
Every 50 points equals $1 off your next purchase. Those points never expire and grow as long as you care to save them.
This program is free and is our way of saying, "thank you" for supporting our business.
At Boshi Botanicals, we carry over 80 bulk products that you pay for by the ounce or gram. This allows you to bring in your own container and to take only what you need. Every time you refill, you cut down on single-use containers that often end up in the landfill.
Yes! We accept clean, dry glass jars with lids and clean, reusable bags.
You can receive up to five points per visit for your donations.
When determining if a jar or bag is donatable, ask if it is in a good enough condition that you would use it as is.
Jars or bags not deemed acceptable will be returned to the customer.
Shipping
We try to ship our orders within 48-hours (unless otherwise specified on the site). Major holidays may result in longer shipping times, so please plan appropriately.
All of our packages are shipped priority mail via USPS and should take approximately 2-3 business days once accepted by the post office.
Yes, when you place your order online, you can opt for in-store pickup. You will receive an email once your order is ready. Most orders placed during store hours are ready for pickup within a few hours.
